1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by beth7 at beth7.net (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published by beth7 from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and beth7.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 Excluded Persons

• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of beth7 and its affiliated entities.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

beth7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate — dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing registered name and number).

Withdrawal of funds may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. beth7 will process submitted KYC documents within three (3) to five (5) business days of receipt.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

4.1 Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beth7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. beth7 will never request your password through any communication channel, including Live Chat, email, or SMS.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

4.3 Account Non-Transferability

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your beth7 PHP wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to two (2) banking hours to process. beth7 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the beth7 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the recorded result in beth7's system shall be considered final and definitive, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

beth7 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.

11.2 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, beth7's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your beth7 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall beth7 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11.3 Third-Party Content

Games and content provided by third-party game studios are the responsibility of the respective studios. beth7 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising directly from third-party game software, except where such issues are caused by beth7's own platform infrastructure.

12. Amendments & Account Termination

12.1 Amendments to Terms

beth7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where urgent changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case immediate effect may apply. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your beth7 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance review. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Termination by beth7

beth7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In cases of termination for breach, beth7 may withhold any funds pending investigation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through beth7's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The gaming services offered on the beth7 Platform are subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulations form part of the regulatory framework within which beth7 operates.

14. Contact & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Raising a Dispute
